Job Description
Lee and Li is hiring a Corporate M&A Associate to join its market-leading transactional practice. You will work on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions involving Taiwanese and multinational companies.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate transaction documents for M&A deals; conduct legal due diligence on target companies; advise on regulatory approvals including Investment Commission filings; coordinate with cross-border counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions; prepare board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
Requirements
Taiwan bar admission required; 3-6 years of corporate or M&A experience at a top-tier firm; strong drafting and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English; familiarity with Taiwan Company Act and Securities Exchange Act; experience with due diligence processes.
