Job Description
Lee and Li, Taiwan's largest law firm, seeks a Senior Semiconductor IP Attorney to lead patent prosecution and IP litigation matters for major semiconductor clients. You will advise on patent portfolio strategy, handle cross-border IP disputes, and work closely with in-house engineering teams at leading chipmakers.
Responsibilities
Lead patent prosecution and IP litigation for semiconductor industry clients; develop and execute patent portfolio strategies; manage cross-border IP disputes involving Taiwan, US, and China jurisdictions; advise on trade secret protection and technology licensing; mentor junior attorneys on IP practice.
Requirements
Qualified attorney with Taiwan bar admission; 8+ years of IP litigation or patent prosecution experience; deep understanding of semiconductor technology and patent landscapes; fluency in Mandarin and English; experience handling TIPO proceedings and cross-border patent disputes.
Compensation
