Job Description
Magyar Telekom is hiring a Commercial Contracts Lawyer for its Győr regional office to manage the legal aspects of commercial partnerships, vendor agreements, and B2B service contracts in western Hungary.

Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate B2B service agreements, distribution contracts, and partnership arrangements. Review vendor contracts and procurement documentation. Advise on commercial terms and conditions for enterprise customers. Handle contract disputes and negotiate settlements. Ensure commercial agreements comply with NMHH telecommunications regulations.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 3-5 years of commercial law experience. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Hungarian telecommunications regulations and consumer protection law. Experience with procurement and tender processes preferred. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
