Job Description
Magyar Telekom, the leading telecommunications provider in Hungary, is hiring an IP and Technology Lawyer to manage the company's intellectual property portfolio and technology-related legal matters, including software licensing, trademark protection, and digital service agreements.
Responsibilities
Manage Magyar Telekom's trademark and patent portfolio including filings and renewals. Draft and negotiate software licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, and IT outsourcing arrangements. Advise on copyright issues related to digital content and telecommunications services. Handle IP infringement matters and coordinate with external patent counsel. Support technology procurement and vendor management processes.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 3-5 years of IP or technology law experience. Knowledge of Hungarian Copyright Act, Trademark Act, and Patent Act. Experience with software licensing agreements and IT procurement contracts. Understanding of telecommunications regulations preferred. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
