Job Description
Join our construction and infrastructure practice advising on major infrastructure projects including roads, railways, energy plants, and real estate developments across Kenya. Work on FIDIC contracts, PPP arrangements, and construction dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate FIDIC-based construction contracts. Advise on PPP arrangements and concession agreements. Handle construction arbitration and dispute adjudication. Support project finance and EPC contract negotiations.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 3-5 years experience in construction law, infrastructure, or project finance. Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms.
Compensation
KSh250,000 - KSh450,000/month
