Job Description
Rachier & Amollo, one of Kenya's top-tier firms with deep roots in Nairobi's legal establishment, seeks an Associate for its conveyancing department. The firm handles high-value residential and commercial property transactions, acting for banks, developers, and institutional investors.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions for residential and commercial properties. Conduct official searches and due diligence at the Lands Registry. Draft and review sale agreements, leases, charges, and transfers. Advise banks on mortgage security documentation. Handle stamping, registration, and post-completion matters.
Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 2-5 years PQE in conveyancing. Experience with electronic land registration systems. Knowledge of sectional property law and strata titles.
Compensation
KSh150,000 - KSh280,000/month
