Job Description
Bowmans Tanzania, the Chambers Africa Law Firm of the Year, seeks a Senior Associate for its Projects & Infrastructure practice. The role involves advising on PPP arrangements, infrastructure project financing, EPC contracts, and regulatory approvals for major projects in Tanzania's energy, transport, and construction sectors. The candidate will benefit from Bowmans' pan-African platform spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Minimum 6 years' PQE in projects, infrastructure, or construction law. Experience with PPP frameworks, project finance documentation, and EPC/FIDIC contracts. Understanding of Tanzanian regulatory approvals for infrastructure projects.
